Description
Golden, shiny color. This wine offers a delicious palette of small candied fruits and stone fruits. After a few seconds of intense sweetness, the sweetness gives way to freshness and the lightness of herbal notes. Full-bodied and fleshy, the sweetness quickly gives way to acidity and leads to a refreshing finish with notes of white flowers and stone fruit.
Grape varieties: 90% Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir
Sugar dosage: 24 g/L
Goes well with: foie gras-based amuse-bouches or tapas. But it is also a wonderful taste discovery with a cheese soufflé or a starter with fresh goat’s cheese, honey and walnuts.
